I'm trying to export an annotation feature class that was created from labels into a geodatabase. I am using the instructions in the knowledge base article#30328. I am running ArcMap Version 10. I've added the CAD related fields and populated them with the correct data using the Add fields to CAD tool. When I run the convert to CAD tool it runs fine and does not return any errors but it only converts annotation that does not have any spaces in the annotation (i.e. it will convert Main to proper CAD annotation but does not convert Main St). Is there some setting or additional process needed in order to get the tool to recognize all of the records in the data set. Any help would be appreciated.
I solved this problem. I was using the Maplex labeling engine when I converted my labels to annotation. After I changed to the Standard labeling engine and re-converted my labels, they exported to CAD fine.
