Hello all,

I have a complicated fGDBR database with an attribute table with about 20 attributes associated with 1200 or so different types of soil. For the model I'm running (on external software), I need a simple GRID file based on a single attribute.  How do I export a raster image of just a single attribute (such as depth) into its own layer?  When I use Copy Raster, it doesn't give me the choice of field.  Do I need to just eliminate all the attributes except the one I'm interested in?

I am using 10.0, and have tried all of the Raster options in Data Management, to no avail.

Is there a way to do this?  Perhaps I don't understand the Raster Attribute table well enough?

Thanks in advance,
Kim

Use the Lookup (Spatial Analyst) tool.
