I am trying to create a map tile package for a basemap that I created out of ArcPro 1.4. When I execute the tool, I receive the error:
ERROR 999999: Error executing function.
Failed to open raster dataset
Failed to execute (CreateMapTilePackage).
I do not have any raster data in my map, so I am not sure what is causing the error. I have tried removing different layers that I thought could be causing the error and then running the tool again, but no luck. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
