Enterprise Geocode with massive parcel point file.

I have a parcel point file that is broken into several feature classes based on county.  I want to create one north American locator using all parcel data 70m+.  Does a locator have the ablity to add multiple reference feature classes?  If I tried to merge the data into one feature class it would take weeks and perform very slowly.

You could use a composite locator that steps through the individual feature classes as references.  In 9.3 SDE did not support composites, but in 10.x it appears that it does.

Joe is correct, but I would still try merging your features into a single features class in a file geodatabase then making an ArcGIS 10 locator from it.  Esri creates locators with this order of magnitude of features in hours.
