No matter what I try with a dual-range locator, my outputs points will NOT offset. They are located directly on the street centerline.
I am using Arc10 (info). I made a single dual-range locator based of TeleAtlas street centerlines (contains all necessary geocoding attributes).
No matter if I set the offset to feet, map units or percent for side or end, the results come back on the centerline.
like the tree said to the logger....I'm stumped.
any ideas? thanks.
