I created a simple model that combines the Domain to Table and Table to Domain tools. This allows you to do the domain transfer in one step without actually creating the domain table. You can only do one domain at a time though. If anyone knows of any way to do multiple domains at once, I would love to add it to the model.
You may get a warning when you select what domain you want to transfer but from testing, the domain does transfer.
