Displaying coordinates and attributes in the Attribute Table

I´m fresh with GIS. I´m using 3D Analyst and a Raster to produce points with XYZ. Using "Add XY Coordinates" gives me values in the Attribute Table with a delay.
Is there a possibillity to get results/watch coordinates simultaneously and presented in the open Attribute Table?  //GEOCON
