Digitizing Polygones

I [ATTACH=CONFIG]11181[/ATTACH]want to digitize polygones as similar as the attached image. I was not able to find the method to use to digitize the Polygone n°4.

Why can't you do that? Is there anything specific that goes wrong?

Since you want the borders of the polygons will be shared, you may want to use snapping: http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/About_snapping/001t0000003t000000/
