Hey
I have been trying to add Attribute assistant in ArcMap 10.4 in order to create some levees around a river for a flood defense simulation. However, after downloading and installing the add-in according to the instructions on ESRI'S website, i couldnt find the Attribute assistant in the customize > toolbars list. Anyone might know what the problem might be? i am also thinking that it might be just an administrator problem as is on a university's computer.
