Copy paste function not working when selecting more then 4 features in 10.6.1 10.6.

I want to copy some features from one layer to another layer. If I select less than four feature I can copy and paste in the layer but when I select more then four features I cannot copy and paste. All the features are approximately same size.

Any solution??
