I have ArcGis 10.0 (Desktop, SDE) and I have Oracle Spatial 11G. I was searching in the sites the steps to follow for connect ArcCatalog to Oracle Spatial, I found the site ArcGIS Desktop , but even though it follow all the steps, I can't connect to Oracle Spatial, it send me the next alert "Failed to connect to the specified server. Server library could not be loaded".
I have Windows 8.1 and installed Oracle client 11.2 and make the file tnsnames with the data for the connection with DB Oracle.
Could you help me?
