Clip Multiple polygon at a time in ArcGIS 10.2

Dear All,

I have a polygon file which has multiple polygons with in it. Few polygons are clipped, but some are not. I want to clip all the polygons at a time and extract area for each polygon. It is time taking for clipping each and individual polygon.
I would like to know is there any methods or tool in ARCGIS to clip at a time and extract area. Kindly help

Do you have a reference  shape of the area you want to clip?
Then you could use the clip tool (http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//000800000004000000)
