checkout replication

Hi

Created checkout replication from arcsde (10.1) geodatabase on oracle 11g to file geodatabase.
Edited feature class in file geodatabase then synchronized changes to parent replica.

All above steps are done with out any error, but the changes from file gdb are not reflected in parent.

Please help me
