ArcSDE Compatiblity with ArcGIS Server

Greetings,

is there any compatibility matrix between ArcSDE & ArcGIS Server releases by ESRI ? Documentation?

For example, if we have ArcSDE Geodatabase 9.3 is it certified to be used with ArcGIS Server 10.1 ?
