I am one of many having trouble loading ArcGIS for AutoCAD.

Here is what I am running: Windows 7 64-bit, with AutoCAD Civil 3d 2010 32-bit.

Here is what I've tried:
1. ArcGIS for AutoCAD build 300 64-bit-- won't load in AutoCAD using netload and when right clicking in start menu, says "cannot find AutoCAD path (or something like that).

2. ArcGIS for AutoCAD build 300 32-bit-- won't even install- says my processor doesn't support it.

3. ArcGIS for AutoCAD build 300 64-bit & Service Pack-- same results as #1 above

4. ArcGIS for AutoCAD build 250 64-bit-- same results as #1 above

5. ArcGIS for AutoCAD build 250 32-bit-- same results as #2 above
It seems that I've tried all the work-arounds that I could find for this add-in on various forums. Does anyone have any tips??? This is so frustrating!

Download and install the patch for the 300 64bit service pack 1 from here http://support.esri.com/en/downloads/patches-servicepacks/view/productid/129/metaid/2000 after installing the plugin.  Hope this helps.

I did try that service Pack and it still did not work.  Do you think it may be a problem with my AutoCAD guys using 32-bit AutoCAD on thier 64-bit machines?
