Time‑slider default time periods cannot be edited

When the time‑slider is enabled, it applies a default time range that users can modify but cannot save. These default time periods also cannot be edited by the item owner. In addition, the time‑slider does not appear in the item’s Visualization tab on the item details page. Including it there would be valuable, as it would likely allow users to save their configured time ranges.
