Provide the option to add feature classes, tables and other gdb objects to replicas

Just wondering if someone has tried using this sample GP tool. It states that it makes it possible to add a feature class to a replica and then sync the changes. The tool was written for 10.0, but may work fine in 10.1 too.

I've just tried it, but no luck.

Each time I select the Replica Workspace it crashes ArcCatalog and says "ListReplicas" has stopped working.

I'd really like this functionality....

Does anyone know of any alternatives?
