Currently we have ArcMarine and Seabed Survey Data Model (SSDM), in conjuction with ArcGIS for Maritime was released, i think we should come out Hydrographic Data Model based on  S100 IHO Universal Hydrographic Data Model and S-102 Bathymetric Surface Product Specification.
