First you will have to find the ECP number for the version and license level of ArcGIS for Server Enterprise or Workgroup by doing the following:
- Sign in to the My Esri site
- My Organizations tab
- Products sub-tab
- From the products menu on the left hand side of the screen click authorizations
- Choose from the list the license level and version of the ArcGIS for Server product (for example ArcGIS for Server Advanced Enterprise 10.1-10.2.2)
- record the ECP number
With this ECP number you can do the following:
- My Organizations tab
- Products sub-tab
- Under the products menu on the left hand side of the screen choose additional licensing forms
- Click ArcSDE 10 & ArcIMS 10 Authorizations
- Provide the required information and click next
- Enter the ECP number from earlier and select email or download the ECP file
