Append Annotation feature class from source to target using Data Loading tools

When I am loading Annotation feature class from source to target, it is not loading correctly. Can I use "Load Data Using Workspace" for loading Annotation feature class from source to target?   @Robert_LeClair @PatrickGCowan    @TedHoward2  @AlixVezina

Annotation feature classes are supported in Data Loading Tools. I would suggest reviewing the below help, as there are some nuances with annotation such as certain fields are required, and older versions of annotation should be upgraded.

What GP tool are you using?  There is an Append Annotation Feature Class GP tool that you may wish to investigate.
