Please can someone assist me with this error "Failed to read email template (html)" using the servicefunction.py, the error started after i added an additional email (html) workflow. Has anyone come across this issue before?.

Recreated the email template from scratch using the included sample_email_template

Hi there, did you have to create a custom template to use this feature?  I am trying to use the enrich reports but cannot figure out if i need to create a custom template to start?

Hi Denise,

Apologies, i was on annual leave reason for responding late, i am not currently using the enrich report service, however, i will suggest using the ArcGIS pro configuration and template.
