Facilities Status Manager Not Loading. Using all Defaults but still not working

Trying to use hte Facilities Status Manager ARCGIS Solution (Deployed via ARCGIS Pro)

All Defaults have not been touched. After last week Thursday March 26 2020. Application not loading

Apologies for the delay. Are you still experiencing this issue? And can you clarify what you are seeing when you attempt to access the dashboard?

There are a few things you can try:

• Open the application in a new browser. Here are the ones supported by Esri: Supported browsers—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation 
• Check to see if the underlying feature service has data
• Redeploy the solution using the new ArcGIS Online Solutions App: Introducing the New ArcGIS Solutions App, and load in any existing data you may have
