We are using oracle spatial for database connections and publishing WMS services but after service published, when we are opening that WMS service in blank MXD its not showing data and GCS is also getting changed from NAD83 to WGS84. But for same data when we are exporting it to shapefile and then publishing it as WMS service it showing data in blank MXD but still GCS changed from NAD83 to WGS84.

Is it a public WMS? If so, can you post its URL? If not, can you check its Capabilities? Here's an example URL for doing so:
and a simpler, non-ArcGIS request: for GeoServer:
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wms? service=wms& version=1.1.1& request=GetCapabilities
Anyway, one of things it will report is which coordinate systems are supported. I would expect that if you have a map open with the coordinate system set to the NAD83-based one, then add the WMS layer, you may get the WMS layer in NAD83.

Thanks Melita, its not public WMS service but I followed your instruction, I opened a blank MXD and set data frame to NAD83 and then added the WMS service. After I could see data and WMS service had NAD83 GCS. But the URL of WMS service in used by other AutoDesk application but they are not able to see data on their application.
