High school senior Adin Snyder is the SCGIS Camera/News team’s youngest member, proudly supporting the student - youth contributions to SCGIS’ annual conference. An accomplished artist, and photographer, this is Adin’s second year working as SCGIS camera crew with Charles Convis. The child of longtime SCGIS members Sandra Coveny and Kai Snyder, Adin is unique in being a second generation SCGIS enthusiast and volunteer. 2019 will be his 4th SCGIS Conference.


Adin is currently both a Senior in high school and a freshman in college, earning dual credits. This summer Adin is travelling to Mozambique for 6 weeks and will be using his photo stipend on that endeavor. He has been to Japan, Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada, and many US states. He is a 4th year Spanish speaker, and knows a few words in Portuguese.
