Automatically tag user when replying to a post

I sometimes miss replies to my posts because the user did not tag me in their reply - and likewise, sometimes I forget to tag a user when I am replying to their post. If there is no tag, I do not get a notification. It would be nice if, when you click "reply" to a post, it automatically begins your message by tagging the person you are replying to so you know they will be notifed!

In your profile settings, look under the Subscriptions & Notifications tab in the Notification Settings. Did you turn on the option "Automatically subscribe me to all topics or reviews I participate in"?

Forum notifications haven't beeen working for a while. Multiple people talking about it. Multiple posts. Not sure how to get anyone's attention if notifications are broken...
