Weekly Digest Email: Provide a count of kudos per post, rather than duplicating each post for each kudo

Regarding the Weekly Digest emails from the Esri Community:

You have 33 new subscriptions and activity updates in the Esri Community.

It looks like the email includes the full post's text for each kudo that the post received. That results in a lot of repetition in those emails -- the post gets repeated multiple times if it got multiple kudos.

I wonder if it would be better to provide a count of kudos per post instead, rather than duplicating each post for each kudo. Or am I missing something?
