User settings: Add option to automatically subscribe to any Idea I kudo

There are plenty of great Ideas that I kudo and then immediately forget about. In general, if I've kudoed an Idea, I'd like to keep abreast of any developments in it and be subscribed. This is not the current behaviour.

There is a related setting for "anything I participate in", but that is only for comments.

Please let us save a click and have the option of automatically subscribing when we kudo an Idea.
