User Info Missing on hover

I recently noted that user info does not always appear when hovering over their name in a post.  I have typically noted this after posting a reply or editing a reply.

I have only seen that when not logged in, or haven't returned to Home after posting an answer etc

Thanks @LanceCole I had also noticed that recently and only get it when not logged in. I am not sure why it does that but I'll ask our support team the question because it doesn't make sense to offer the hover feature but it be blank.
