Submit an idea about Esri.com—>Search—>Support functionality

I would like to submit an idea about Esri.com —> Search —> Support functionality. I want to request that quotes be honoured in searches so that the entire term is searched, not the individual words. For example, search for “Oracle Locator”, not Oracle + Locator. https://www.esri.com/en-us/search/?q=“Oracle%20locator”&client=esri_support&page=1

Is there a way I can submit an idea about Esri.com —> Search —> Support? Thanks.

Searching Google like this seems to work in a pinch:

Hi Bud, when viewing the new support website from the main pages such as Overview, do you see the' Feedback' option on the web page's right side (screenshot below)? You can leave feedback there even as it relates to the search features. If you don't see the feedback form, we can explore other options for getting your feedback to the team.

Hi Christian, thanks for your reply. I don't think I see that feedback option in your screenshot (https://support.esri.com/en-us/overview). But I could be having a brainfart.

I'm unsure why the 'Feedback' form doesn't show for you. I suggest trying in incognito or maximizing the window to see if it shows up. In the interim, I sent you a PM with an email address to give direct feedback to the team.

Afterwards, I tried your incognito idea. And that ended up working.

Not incognito: no feedback button.

Incognito: feedback button is visible.
