Redirect errors in Firefox and Edge

This past week, I've gotten the "This page isn't redirecting properly" twice on Firefox. I cleaned the cookies once, but having to do this repeatedly is getting annoying since it affects all sites I visit in that browser. Since I didn't want to do this again in Firefox, I switched over to Edge (since I use another AGOL logon in Chrome). Now I'm getting that error in Edge. I've cleared the cookies, then all browsing data, but I'm still getting that error in Edge. What's going on here?

Thanks for checking in with us about this, @KenBuja. I'm so sorry that you're running into this and your frustration is understandable. This is a known issue and we've been actively working to get the token validation redirect updated. In the short term, do you run into the same issue if you work in Esri Community via a private browser?

I don't get the redirect errors in a private browser in both Firefox and Edge

Thanks for confirming that. Going that route is likely to be your best solution for now, but know that our team will continue to work on a solution for the root cause.

Hi @Bud @KenBuja I just wanted to give you a quick update that we pushed a fix in production today.  If you see this issue again, please clear cache and cookies once, so it implements the new fixes and try again.  We are hopeful that users will not see this issue anymore. But if you see this issue again, could you please let me know. Thanks.

I did get the redirect error once again this morning, so I cleared just the Esri cookies. If I get the error again later, I'll update this thread.
