I cannot log on to the Community in Firefox or Edge. I am getting redirect errors, even after clearing out all the cookies. I can only log in using Chrome.

I'm seeing this issue too, also happening to me in Brave.

It happened to me yesterday too using Edge. clearing cookies eventually worked, but I eventually got a "accept cookies" dialog pop up.  I suspect it had something to do with something on the site changing recently with the cookie policy where you can specify the type you want to allow

@KenBuja @DanPatterson @MobiusSnake could you please try logging out and logging back in and see if you still have this issue. We moved to a new release yesterday night/early morning and I want to be sure if you are still seeing this issue before we investigate this further. Thanks.

I'm still getting the redirect errors. In Firefox, I went into setting and blocked the cookies for the site. Now when I log in, I get a blank page with this URL: https://community.esri.com/ccqpr47374/plugins/custom/esri/esri/custom.oauthsso-redirect?state=https:...

I then open the Community URL again and when I attempt to log in, I get redirected to the account page saying there's a technical problem.

Here's a video of what happens

An update.

I removed the cookie exception in Firefox and restarted it. Now I am able to log in once again. However, I'm still getting the same error in Edge.

I was able to get it to work in Firefox by manually deleting cookies & site data for the domain esri.com. Go to Settings, Privacy & Security, Manage Data and search for esri.com, then select Remove All Shown & Save Changes.

Then I had to log in again and have not had the issue since. The same may help in Edge, though the specific procedure to delete specific site cookies is probably a little different.
