I have two accounts — my personal one and another for work. I’ve been trying to switch to the work account, but it keeps logging in to my personal one (also registered under GLOBIL). Any idea how I can log in using the work account instead?

For login difficulties with an ArcGIS Online account, you'll want to get in touch with your organization's ArcGIS Online Administrator for help resolving this issue. If it turns out that it's something they're unable to do themselves, they'll be able to get in touch with our Accounts team to get this resolved on your behalf. Our Esri Community team is equipped to resolve Esri Community account issues (this is a different system than ArcGIS Online), so if you ever experience difficulties with your Esri Community account in the future you should feel encouraged to reach out to us for help at esricommunity@esri.com.
