List of community labels that we can subscribe to?

Is there a complete list of Esri community labels? I want to see a list so that I can choose what ones to subscribe to.

sure is, but you have to scroll and they aren't alphabetical on one page

Is there a way to subscribe to tags from there? Or can you only search them?

@Bud, if you right click on the label under one of your search results shown there and open the link in a new tab, you'll get the option to subscribe to that label. 

Something to keep in mind, though, is that labels work at the node level so doing that will only subscribe you to the label on that one board. You'd need to go back to your search results and do the same thing for other boards using the same label if you want to widen the net of notification results.
