How to remove/Select Specific district Lines?

Hi Colleagues , 

Can someone assist me to achieve this?

we have two administrations from the below Map ( Jubaland Administration and South West administration). I want to show district lines only in Jubaland not South west Administration. I want south West to be with no lines except the Administration borderline. For your Information, i was able to remove labels by using Query Builder to select locations in Jubaland Administration only. i want to do same in districts lines ( remove Southwest administration lines and remain Jubaland)
