How to fill bigger holes in DEM raster without interfering Slope or Hillshade.

My DEM raster has several small and big holes. I used 'Elevation Void Fill function' and filled the holes (also the Con function worked in the raster calculator). However, when I convert DEM to Slope or Hillshade, the corrected holes are clearly visible. How can I overcome this issue and make a better DEM ?.
