Settings → Personal → Personal Information

You should be able to set your signature there.

Not sure why I’m getting this code in the signature box instead what I’ve already typed!

@MichelleMathias Perhaps one of the Community folks can speak to this.

Looks like the signature will take a multiline input and force it into HTML with line breaks, as Jamal is seeing. Interestingly, on his signature and others I've seen which exceed two lines, the full signature appears to be there, but is being clipped to a two-line space.

Is there a way to expand this space for longer sigs? Or perhaps warn users that their signature is too long?

Hi, @jcarlson  I am not sure if we have any options with the signature block but we will look into it.

@jcarlson  - we found a setting and now will allow for 3 lines for the signature

@JamalNUMAN  - best practice is to keep this signature short- to 3 lines, please don't share your email or phone number in this signature
