UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.
In cooperation with our platform vendor, the Esri Community Team is actively investigating an issue that has led to some users’ avatar images not appearing, as well as legacy images in posts. As a result, you may encounter Esri Community posts from November 2020 or earlier that contain broken image icons.
Once the cause of the issue has been identified and a solution implemented, this post will be updated.
Members who wish to update their avatar image can do so at any time from their preferences while logged in.
