A TLS 1.0 fallback was able to handshake with the server, but we no longer accept TLS 1.0 fallbacks. The server needs to be updated to correctly  implement version negotiation and preferably support TLS 1.2.

I've used every browser I have (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE - all current versions). I was in yesterday and had no trouble. Now I can't crate a new StoryMap due to this error when I logon.

Duh, I guess I found it... the connection is now via 10.4 or My Stories once logged in... I do see My Stories when I'm logged in with my ESRI Gloabl ID, but in working with a class creating story maps using our organizational accounts, I don't see the same interface... Each student doesn't have a Global ID, just the accounts I have set up for them in our Org site.

So, maybe I do still have a question as to how my students can create their StoryMaps using their Organizational accounts.  Thanks!

Ha!  Just takes a little plinkin' around!  Got it!  Off to get the students moving!
