I am trying to upload photos to a story map tour using a CSV file using the standard template. My question is this: The CSV file has a column for the image URL and the thumbnail URL. When I select the option to upload the photos from the CSV file, the upload is successful and the tour points are properly located on the map. But the view window for the photo reads "Photo Not Available". Is the story map tour application trying to open the photos from the URL locations in the CSV file or are the photos moved to another location during the upload process?
