Can I adjust the width of left tiles panel and map, to decrease width of left panel in shortlist storymap template in v 2.1.0. I have done in programmatically in older version.

There are two properties in the config.js file called "TWO_COLUMN_THRESHOLD" and "THREE_COLUMN_THRESHOLD" that you could adjust to force the app to use a smaller width for the left panel.
