I have created a cascade storymap web app and have shared it publicly. However, after about 30 seconds of viewers being on the page they are prompted to login. Is there anyway to avoid this?

Hello Arthur!

Since the item is shared publicly, can you please provide a link to the story map so that we can take a look and figure out what's triggering the login?

Thanks!

Thank you Arthur!

I reviewed the story map and can definitely reproduce the issue, but am having trouble pinning it down.

If you go to My Stories and select the Story Map Cascade in question by clicking on its title, what do you see here? Does it say "No issues found" on the left? If not, can you grab a screencap of anything you see in this panel?

Thanks!

I am not sure if this is what you were looking for, but it does not seem like there are any problems. It is not saved under my storymaps but rather as a web mapping application.

On the My Stories page (https://storymaps-classic.arcgis.com/en/my-stories/) you should see something that looks similar to this:

Are you able to see something similar for your Cascade story map there?

Thanks!
