Images aren't shown up in my shortlist story map

I am working with creating my Shortlist Story Map now.

I have prepared the map layers on a web map using the shortlist template provided online.

And, I stored all the related images in the Facebook. CSV files have the image URLs.

And then, I saved my web map and shared it.

As the next step, I tried to test my Shortlist Story Map with the ESRI provided generic hosted instance of Shortlist.

Finally, my Shortlist Story Map showed up, but it failed to present my images. It still shows black “X” boxes instead of images.

I can’t figure out what the problem is. Did I store my images in a wrong way?

Is there anyone who can help me?

The Shortlist will display your images if they are on the web somewhere and referenced from your layers via a full URL that ends in the name of the image file, like this:

http://downloads.esri.com/blogs/places/sandiego/ciros_pizzeria_downtown.png

Can you post the URL to one of your images that you are referencing in your Shortlist so we can see how you are referencing it.

Your web map is no longer public or has been deleted so the Shortlist URL you posted doesn't launch.
