Hyperlinked Subtitle not working on mobile version

Our story map has a hyperlinked subtitle. The hyperlink works fine on the computer (even with the browser resized so it switches to the responsive design). However, the hyperlink doesn't work on iphone or blackberry.

Any thoughts on why the link doesn't work on mobile phones?

Sorry about the issue. I opened an issue on GitHub for you. You will be able to follow the bug life there.
Until it's resolved, I have no workaround.
