Seems like you have shared it within the Georgia Institute of Technology organization only and only people with users within that organization can access it (not necessary only your user).

When you choose to share it and you have an Organizational account you need to have the permissions to share it publicly in order for the map to reach everyone.

Does yours look like this:

As long as you set the feature service to be public and make your web map available to the public it should work. You should have the link in your Arcgis Online web app/journal app by clicking share and copying the Link location.

I clicked all of those options, but everyone I sent the link to... comes

back and asks for my login 😕

Can you post the link to the journal or message me it?

Im trying to see if its a layer that your using that might require a log in.

Did you try to see if it works from the app builder itself? If you make if share-able from there?

I've tried pulling the website link and the bitly link from different

locations, so I think I've exhausted that.

Here's the link: http://bit.ly/1wxc3XS

Thank you for looking into this.

I got it to work... I have several maps inside the application. The

application was set to public, but a lot of the maps were not- once I made

them ALL public it works now!

Thank you for trouble-shooting with me!
