Changing Ownership to another user - their edits not saving in the Map Tour.

I created a Map Tour from template. I switched ownership to another person in our group (we both have admin privileges) by

clicking the "Change Owner" tab in the details section.

When he makes edits to the Map Tour and clicks SAVE, it will register as saved in green font.

But when he closes and opens it back up the edits revert back to old.

This must be a bug. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We are using ArcGIS Online organization subscription.

Have you also transferred the ownership of the associated webmap and eventually Feature Services?

Yes, that worked! I had to change both the Web Map and Mapping Application ownership settings.
