error when entering an address to run a report

Every time I put in an address and add radii I get a message that says- An error occurred while saving sites. Please try again later. and then this error box comes up-An error occurred while executing bundle 'Unknown':
HTTP request error
I can run reports from the dialog box, but the site will not show up when I go to the reports tab.

Is there any reference to SSL in that error details?  Do you receive the error when you create a standard geography site?
