Does anyone where to find the BAO ACS field definitions?

I am doing an analysis on education and using the ESRI Business Analyst Online data which is derived from the 2009-2013 Population Age 25 or Older Educational Attainment data set.

The data that I am reviewing has stats for the following:

2009-2013 ACS Population Age 25 or Older by Educational Attainment: High School Diploma

2009-2013 ACS Population Age 25 or Older by Educational Attainment Base

2009-2013 ACS Population Age 25 or Older by Educational Attainment: High School Diploma (%)

Does anyone know how the Base number is determined?

The analysis shows a lower High School Diploma % in the higher Median Household Income areas of the Denver Metro Area, exactly the opposite of what I would expect.

I've done some research on this link, but cannot find a definition for the 3 attributes above.

http://www.census.gov/hhes/socdemo/education/about/index.html

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I doubt the census uses Esri's field definitions.

The BA help is An overview of the Business Analyst Analysis toolset—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

Where I found this link Updated Demographics—Esri Demographics | ArcGIS

Where I found this  http://downloads.esri.com/esri_content_doc/dbl/us/2015_US_Updated_Demographics_Data_List.pdf

which is probably what you want or on a distribution disk if so delivered.
