Turn off alphabetic field sorting in the Identify Results dialog box in ArcReader

Hello,

I would like to do the following:

However I am using ArcGIS 10. I do not appear to have an ARConfig.exe file in my C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin. There is one in my C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\ArcReader10.0\bin, but I am unable to open it even though I have a Publisher license (error message as attached).

Thoughts or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
