ArcReader10 Download

Good afternoon,
  Is there someplace that I can download ArcReader 10?  Or, is there a way to down-grade ArcGIS 10 Publisher files to be Reader 9.x compliant?

ArcReader 10 Final is not yet available but it�??s coming soon.  The general availability for all US customers is planned for the last week in June.

It's Dec. 2011 and I still can't find a download for ArcReader 10. can someone point me to it? I have searched ESRI every way I can think of.
