Sid Image Not Showing

Hi All,

I get a red exclamation mark for my my ortho mr sid image (MG3 compression type).  My other two MG2 compression type sid files show up fine.  The MG3 one shows in my ArcMap when I publish it but doesn't come up in ArcReader, all version 10.  This is all on the same machine.  Am I missing a dll for ArcReader or something?
